ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally recognised Quality Management System (QMS).  Investment in a formal QMS highlights the maturity in our approach to business.  Documented processes and procedures installed throughout the system allow continuous monitoring of the service provided, allowing us to measure its effectiveness to your requirements, amending and improving where required, with the full cooperation of our clients.

With ISO 9001:2015 certification, we also hold accreditation to BS 7858:2019 “Screening of Individuals Working in a Secure Environment”, as well as several recognised Health & Safety qualifications. BS7858 accreditation ensures rigorous reference checks are made on our Staff, including credit and global watchlist checks. These, in turn, provide valuable information for inspecting bodies to your school/college or premises forming part of your Prevent Strategy. As well as being Enhanced DBS qualified, we immediately enrol our Staff onto the Update Service, which again means we have full, and immediate information on the team allocated to your site. Commented as “outstanding” on an ISI Inspection.
