The development and continual training of our staff helps to set us apart from others.
The key to ensuring correct training is given can only be achieved through partnership working between Hyline Education Services and our Clients. Recognising the strengths of each partner helps to deliver training that exceed standards.
Whilst the school or college will provide training including; Safeguarding, Child Protection and Prevent along with specific school Policies, we provide
additional training in Security Awareness, Fire & Evacuation training, First Aid and Lone Working. This combination produces a more developed Supervisor which our Clients actively promote as a positive selling point.
Training is assessed continuously. Each Staff member is required to complete an “Educational Assessment Form”. When assessed by Management, this may highlight any areas that require further development. Appropriate actions are then taken working in conjunction with the school. Regular contact with the school Student Services Team help to ensure that additional training is delivered in a timely manner.
